Shoo shoo...little one!

For the past few weeks while I'm sitting on the porch [in the hammock] there is a bumblebee that visits. The first day when I tried to shoo it away it just flew up in the corner of the porch.

I don't know for sure if it's the same bumblebee; however, every evening when I sit down, it's not long until it appears...I do believe he/she is the same one!

Tonight the mowers came to mow the yard [while I was in the hammock] guess what shows up? The Bumblebee! This time I get up and take a picture of the little one... It always seems dazed. Sometimes I wonder if it's trying to find pollen or if it's sick. Honestly, it's colors even seem faded.

It usually stays there about 10 minutes and then it flies away. Those little wings somehow pick up the weight of its body... away it goes!

Per google, "According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bumblebee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground."

Our spiritual walk with the Lord has many similarities. Sometimes the weight of the world is so great upon our shoulders that we can't see any way to get to higher ground...We must remember with a little faith...just like the little wings of the bumblebee, they are so small yet it can fly... Our faith can lift us! God can take our huge problems and with just a small touch from the "Master" we can fly and rise to new heights.

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30

God says just put your faith and trust in me and I will carry the load. A small amount of faith, just like the small wings of the bumblebee, can lift us. He is our wings!
